So that others are not disturbed, passengers are asked not to play an audio device unless using a headset and keeping the volume low.
Driver may refuse to transport a passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal or dangerous substances, or whose behavior or language appears abusive, offensive, disorderly or dangerous to the Driver or to other passengers.

Please refrain from smoking, eating or drinking when on a transit vehicle.
Drivers are not permitted to carry cash for making change. Therefore, if you want to purchase your trolley ticket from the driver, please have the exact change ready before the vehicle arrives.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US SERVE YOU BETTER
Please be at a Trolley Stop with your ticket in hand or with the exact change to purchase one from your Driver.
Please keep in mind that during most of our operating hours, a trolley will be by every 15-25 minutes EXCEPT ON HEAVY TRAFFIC DAYS.
Don't panic if one drives past...the Driver may not have seen you or, the trolley may have been full. Another will come by shortly.
