A Driver may refuse to transport a passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol,
illegal or dangerous substances, or whose behavior or language appears abusive, offensive,
disorderly or dangerous to the Driver or to other passengers.

Animal is one that has been trained to perform work or tasks for someone with a
