The Best Way to See and Enjoy Eureka Springs!

The Red Route covers the Historic District, making a loop in a counter- clockwise direction:

1.  Starting at the Visitor Welcome Center to the Downtown Depot;

2.  Then along Spring Street to Hillside Avenue;

3.
 By request, the Red Route will travel down Hillside Avenue as far as the ES & NA Railway turn-
around and then back up Hillside to Spring Street;

4.  From Hillside and Spring Street, the Red Route will continue to travel in a northerly direction toward
Harmon Park;

5   At Harmon Park, the Red Route travels uphill along Ellis Grade to Prospect and to the Historic Crescent
Hotel;

6.  From the Crescent Hotel, the Red Route will take you along the Upper Historic Loop traveling along
Prospect, White Street, Mountain, Washington, Summit, Ojo and then Kingshighway until you reach the
intersection with Highway 62W;

7. Then the Red Route returns to the Visitor Welcome Center to start another run.

This route is approximately 3-1/3 miles long and, on average, will take about 20 minutes to travel.

The Blue Route covers the east side of town, making a loop in a counter- clockwise direction:
1.  Starting at the Visitor Welcome Center the Blue Route will travel along Highway 62E to Highway 23S;

2.  At Highway 23S it will travel as far south as the Brighton Ridge Care Center turn-around;

3.  Looping back to Highway 62E, the Blue Route continues eastbound to Passion Play Road;

4.  
By request, the Blue Route will continue east on Highway 62E as far as the Kettle Camp Ground    
turn-around;

4.  At Passion Play Road, if not requested to go as far as the Kettle Camp Ground. the Blue Route will
turn left and travel to the grounds of the Great Passion Play.  There it will turn-around and return to
Highway 62E;

5.  At Highway 62E, the Blue Route will turn right (west) and head toward Downtown;

6.  The Blue Route will pull into the grounds of the Pine Mountain Village;

7.  After the Blue Route stops at the Best Western Eureka Inn, it will travel to the Downtown Depot and
then to the Visitor Welcome Center to start another run.

This route is approximately 7 miles long and on average will take about 30 minutes to travel.

                   3 Fixed Routes: Red, Blue & Purple

The trolley routes described below run continuously throughout any day Transit is scheduled to operate.  
The travel times are estimates only.  Route times can, and do, vary depending on traffic, ridership, day of
week and time of day.  We are committed to getting you on a transit vehicle and to your destination as
quickly and as safely as we can.
 Each transit vehicle is equipped with a flag mounted on the front
bumper and a banner, both color-coordinated to the route.

The Purple Route covers the west side of town, traveling Hwy. 62W in both directions:

1.  From the Visitor Welcome Center, the Purple Route will travel westbound to the Razorback Tower
turn-around;

2.  Then the Purple Route will travel back along Highway 62W to the Visitor Welcome Center;

3.  From the Visitor Welcome Center the Purple Route will head downtown to the Trolley Depot on
Main Street;

4.  After stopping at the Downtown Trolley Depot, the Purple Route will head north along Main Street
as far as the ES & NA Railway where it will turn-around and head back to the Downtown Depot;

5.  From the Depot, the Purple Route travels south along Main Street back to Highway 62W to begin  
another run.

FROM MARCH THROUGH NOVEMBER, THE PURPLE ROUTE WILL CONTINUE PAST THE
RAZORBACK TOWER TURNAROUND AND PROCEED TO THORNCROWN CHAPEL.  PLEASE
NOTE THAT OUR ACCESS TO THE CHAPEL GROUNDS MAY CHANGE  FROM DAY TO DAY SO
PLEASE CHECK WITH THE VISITOR WELCOME CENTER OR YOUR DRIVER TO SEE WHAT THE
SCHEDULE IS WHEN YOU ARE IN TOWN.

This route is approximately 6-1/2 miles long and on average will take about 25 minutes to travel.
